Beauty & Hair Australia offers Free Shipping on all orders over $150 and a Flat Rate Shipping cost of $9.95 on all other orders. Shipping is via Australia Post Registered (signature on receipt) with a delivery timeframe of 1-3 business days for metropolitan areas, however outer regions can incur a longer delivery time. At checkout there is also an option for Express Shipping which costs a flat rate of $14.95.
International shipping is to New Zealand ONLY and we offer a Flat Rate Shipping cost of $39.95 on all orders with a delivery timeframe of 3-10 business days. Free Shipping is NOT available on international orders. Please contact Beauty & Hair Australia for any further details in regards to international shipping.
Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy
Of course, every product we stock has to meet the highest standards and are rigorously checked before they are sent out. If for any reason you need to return a product, we'll ensure the whole process is as simple and speedy as possible.
If you are not completely satisfied with our products due to a manufacturing or quality defect, we offer a 100% money back guarantee. In accordance with Australian Hygiene Legislation the return of any Beauty & Hair Australia product will not be not accepted should the item show any evidence of being opened, altered or used. You must notify Beauty & Hair Australia and return the item within 7 days of receipt of order. All returns MUST comply with these guidelines and will undergo a full quality inspection upon their return. Refunds will not be given for change of mind. This does not impede on your statutory rights.
1. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund and we will assign you a Case Number.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Package the product and original invoice properly for shipping including a signed letter stating the reason for your return.
4. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
5. All returns must be sent to us via Registered Post. Beauty & Hair Australia will not be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
6. After we receive your return, allow up to 7 days for your refund or exchange to be processed.
If you believe an item you have purchased is faulty, please contact us immediately. If the item is faulty, you are entitled to a replacement under Australian legislation. All electrical items come with a minimum 1 year manufacturers warranty.
